Regrettably, the event has been cancelled. Licence restrictions imposed by the Council make the event unworkable. The biggest problems are no late-night entertainment can take place and the main stage must close at 7pm on the Sunday. Our view is we cannot deliver customer satisfaction within these conditions.

In addition, a structural problem in respect of the site has been brought to our attention late in the day. An underground culvert exists and we have been advised that this means we would be unable to provide adequate public insurance cover.

Tickets will be refunded at the point of sale.

We would like to thank the many people who helped and supported the event.

On a more positive note, we have established demand for a 'Valleyrock' event and, given a more suitable location, we hope to run the event next year.
